- Large Scale UPS System - Should power be lost, our Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) system supplies continuous power automatically to all components without interruption of service. In addition, the UPS system continuously monitors and conditions the utility power supply to protect all equipment from power fluctuations due to surges and brownouts.
- Diesel Generator Backup - In the event that power is lost for an extended period of time, the UPS works in harmony with our Diesel generator, which can support the entire data center until normal power is restored. A key component of the support systems is the Bypass Transfer Switch. This switch resides between the UPS system and generator to control the smooth transfer of power during an outage. This unit has two transfer switches built into it so, again, it can be maintained without risking downtime to supported equipment.
- Upgradeable Electrical System - Our electrical infrastructure is designed with the ability to automatically switch to other available power sources which enables us to perform maintenance without interruption of service.

- Dual Fiber Telecommunication Feeds - There are two distinct and separate feeds into our building for the Primary ISP. We offer optional ISP redundancy service with two separate providers for even further reliability.
- Flexible and/or Dedicated Bandwidth - We provide the ability to expand the bandwidth should your business suddenly have greater demands. We also provide you dedicated bandwidth so you are unaffected by the usage of others, including your own internal use of the internet.

Environmentally Secure - Our facility is climate controlled to maintain an ideal environment for all of the hosted equipment. The alarm system has built-in smoke and water detection.

Physically Secure - The data center is protected by electronic and biometric security systems allowing only authorized personnel to access critical areas. Monitored security cameras are also in place.

Disk-to-Disk Backup with Off Site Replication - We manage 20TB of data backups using Exagrid appliances in a virtualized grid. All data is replicated to a second secure facility. This enables fast backups and restores of multiple servers and environments at any time of day or night. Clients can also request optional tape archives to be stored offsite and available for up to 7 years.
